Christian House of Comedy was started by Lynell “Choc” Moore as a family night out alternative. Comedy doesn't have to be vulgar and graphic to gain laughs, at Christian House of Comedy we not only tailor our jokes to be family-friendly but we even incorporate children into our sets. Join us for a night filled with clean, wholesome comedy that will leave you feeling a little lighter than when you walked in.

Lynell “Choc” Moore was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI. In addition to being Milwaukee’s #1 family friendly comedian, he is also a  father, a dedicated husband, a man of God and photographer. At the age of 1 it was apparent that his talent for comedy was a gift that needed to be shared with others. Inspired by his mother and encouraged by family, friends, and his community Lynell began his comedy career in 05’. To date Choc has worked with top name comedians such as: Kevin Hart, Charlie Murphy, Michael Blackson, Arnez Jr., Don “DC” Curry, Sheryl Underwood, Lavell Crawford, Alvin Slaughterto, and more. Lynell enjoys making people laugh of all ages, race, and cultures and writes his comedy for the whole family to enjoy.

PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on the date of form submission, by and between Comedian CHOC (Christian House of Comedy) and the individual submitting this form ("Purchaser").

1. EVENT DETAILS & PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTION Comedian CHOC agrees to provide live, "Clean Comedy" entertainment for the Purchaser's event. The date, venue location, event type, and desired performance duration are exactly as specified by the Purchaser in the fields of this form.

2. COMPENSATION & PAYMENT TERMS Payment for Comedian CHOC's services shall be made as follows:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (50% of the total agreed-upon fee) is required to secure the date. This deposit is due immediately upon the submission of this form.

  • Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due in full on the day of the event. Please pay the balance to Comedian CHOC upon arrival, prior to Comedian CHOC taking the stage.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS & HOSPITALITY (RIDER) To ensure the best possible performance, the Purchaser agrees to provide the following at their own expense:

  • A high-quality PA/Sound system that adequately covers the performance room.

  • One (1) working microphone (A wireless microphone is highly preferred).

  • A DJ or audio setup capable of playing Comedian CHOC's intro music before walking on stage.

  • Two (2) bottles of room-temperature water available near the stage.

4. PERFORMANCE ENVIRONMENT & SAFETY Comedy requires a focused environment. The Purchaser agrees to minimize distractions (e.g., pausing dinner service or heavy staff movement) during the comedy set. If the audience becomes dangerously unruly or excessively disruptive, Comedian CHOC reserves the right to end the performance early while still retaining the full compensation.

5. RECORDING RIGHTS Short video clips (under 2 minutes) are permitted for personal use and social media. However, recording or broadcasting Comedian CHOC's entire set is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

6. CANCELLATION & FORCE MAJEURE

  • Purchaser Cancellation: If the Purchaser cancels the event or the services for any reason after this agreement is submitted and the deposit is paid, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.

  • Force Majeure: If Comedian CHOC must cancel due to an emergency, severe illness, or "Act of God" (e.g., extreme weather), the deposit will be fully refunded to the Purchaser, and neither party will be held liable for further damages.

7. 7. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT By checking the agreement box on this form, providing a typed digital signature, and submitting payment, the Purchaser officially agrees to all terms, conditions, and cancellation policies outlined in this contract.
